Sharon Joseph, B.Sc., ITIL V4 MP, DTM is a business-focused IT Program Manager and former Oracle University Instructor with more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise projects, global teams, and large-scale technology initiatives. Throughout her career, she has coached, mentored, and trained professionals in project management, IT service management, release/change management, and technical operations across industries including financial services, government, telecommunications, high-performance computing, and software development.

Sharon brings a structured, supportive, and practical approach to teaching. Her mission is to build learner confidence by connecting theory to real-world scenarios and encouraging open dialogue, hands-on analysis, and situational problem-solving.
